RemodelWise AI ("we", "our", or "us") operates the RemodelWise AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

Photos & Images: Room photos you upload for AI redesign processing. These are used solely to generate your design and are not stored permanently.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including features used, designs generated, and time spent in the App.
Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
Purchase Information: Details of in-app purchases and subscription status (payment details are handled by Apple and never stored by us).
Crash Reports: Diagnostic data to help us identify and fix issues with the App.

Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party companies to help operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics). They are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device data to show relevant ads. You can opt out via your device ad settings.
Apple: In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We never sell your data. Your room photos and personal information are never shared with advertisers or sold to any third party.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Room photos you upload are processed securely and deleted from our servers after your design is generated
All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
We store your data on secure servers with restricted access
We retain your account data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services

Children's Privacy
RemodelWise AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate data we hold about you
Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data (subject to certain legal exceptions)

Delete Account: You can delete your account at any time from within the App settings
