How do I save and share my designs? +
After generating a design, tap the Save button to add it to your gallery. To share, tap the Share button and choose any platform — WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or save directly to your camera roll.
Why is my design not generating? +
This is usually caused by a poor internet connection. Please make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Also try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Can I use RemodelWise AI without an internet connection? +
No, RemodelWise AI requires an active internet connection to generate designs as our AI processing happens on our secure servers. However, your saved designs can be viewed offline.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RemodelWise AI → Cancel Subscription. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
