Introduction
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RemodelWise AI mobile application ("App") developed and operated by RemodelWise AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RemodelWise AI. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RemodelWise AI, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country)
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy
You are legally able to enter into this agreement
You will use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Section 02
Use of the App
RemodelWise AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its performance
Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the App
AI-Generated Designs: The interior designs generated by our AI are for personal inspiration and reference only. We do not guarantee they will be suitable for actual construction or renovation without professional review.
Section 03
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RemodelWise AI. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
All AI-generated designs created using our App are for your personal use only
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to the App
By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for design generation
You may not claim commercial ownership of AI-generated designs from the App
Section 04
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
RemodelWise AI offers free features as well as optional premium subscriptions and in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through your Apple ID
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice to users
Note: We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.
Section 05
Disclaimers & Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Any errors in the App will be corrected immediately
AI-generated interior designs are for inspiration purposes only and should not be used as professional architectural or engineering advice.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RemodelWise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
Damages resulting from any content obtained through the App
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
Any decisions made based on AI-generated design suggestions
Section 07
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply delete the App from your device or contact us at nasir.developer@icloud.com to request account deletion.

Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
